What are people saying (AI review summary)? Goldfish Swim School receives predominantly positive reviews, with many parents highlighting the effectiveness of the instruction, the rapid progress their children make, and the positive impact on their confidence. Instructors are frequently praised for being amazing, pleasant, helpful, and skilled at connecting with children, often building strong relationships. The facilities are consistently noted as clean, and the app is considered user-friendly. However, common criticisms include the high price point ($30 for a 30-minute class) and a feeling that classes can be rushed. Additionally, the strict 30-day cancellation policy is a point of contention, and the lack of actual showers (only rinse-off stations in the open pool area) is a disappointment for some, especially given the cost.

Goldfish instructors are great at connecting with kids! The facility is clean and caters to families. The app is user friendly and the front desk staff is always available to help with questions or concerns.
My daughter started swim school here this year and she loves it. She has learned so much in a short amount of time. Everyone there is so pleasant and helpful and Bella our swim instructor is amazing. The facilities are always clean too. Highly recommend taking your little fish here to learn how to swim.
My daughter has been attending Goldfish since 2019 and the experience has been incredible. The teachers are great and build a relationship with the swimmers from secret handshakes to cheering them on when they are testing to move on to the next class.
Goldfish is okay... my daughter loves swimming and had fun with the classes but its way overpriced ($30 for a 30 min class) and everything feels rushed. We much prefer The Natatorium in Cuyahoga Falls. Only reason we ended up here is because Goldfish offered class times that worked better with my schedule. We did about 6 classes, and I was over it so we canceled. Be aware of their cancelation policy. You have to give them 30 days notice... ridiculous 🙄 anyway I will be using PTO just so we can go back to The Nat. If you have a membership or you're a resident of CF it's $54 for 6 classes, slightly more if youre not. P.S. Goldfish also doesn't have actual showers. They only have a place to rinse off at in the open pool area. Super disappointing that we weren't able to take a real shower there after swimming given how pricey it is.
