Water park featuring a pool, a slide, and diving boards, plus a restaurant.
Specific information regarding the exact temperature of the pool(s) at Twinsburg Water Park is not readily available in public sources. As an outdoor municipal facility, the pool temperatures likely fluctuate with ambient weather conditions.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? Customers express mixed feelings, primarily concerning the water park. Key complaints include severe overcrowding, particularly the lack of dedicated adult-only time or space, leading to a less relaxing experience for adults. There are also significant issues with staff communication regarding entry rules (especially for non-residents) and instances of rude staff behavior, causing frustration and wasted trips. Other operational concerns include the pool closing for swim meets and light rain, with suggestions for extending the season and managing exercise class schedules. While the pool is acknowledged as clean and well-maintained, and the water park itself is generally considered nice for the area and suitable for both kids and adults, these positive aspects are often overshadowed by the negative experiences. Separately, the general park facilities (playground, picnic areas, shade) receive high praise.
Reviews
I am giving 2 stars primarily because there needs to be more dedicated time or more space for adults to use the pool, especially on weekends. Many of us work all week and simply want to relax without constantly being splashed, bumped into, or crowded by kids. While I absolutely respect that kids deserve to enjoy the pool as well, it would be greatly appreciated if adults without children had more designated time or areas to unwind peacefully. Aside from that, the pool itself is clean and well-maintained. However, it often feels overcrowded, and many of the children do not seem to respect other's space. Adults without children deserve the chance to enjoy the pool too, especially when we've paid for multiple adult memberships!
I called Wednesday the 11th at 6:50pm to ensure I asked questions prior to taking my kids Thursday morning. The young lady on the phone told me non residents are welcome anytime and answered any additional questions I had about the water park/pool. I drove myself and my 2 kids Thursday 25 minutes to get to the signin desk to get told we weren’t able to get a day pass. I showed my call log of me telling her I just called and asked last night and was told yes and the young lady at the desk was beyond rude. I would have not made it such a large deal if she spoke to me respectfully especially after another girl said who keeps telling people they can. Obviously management needs to work on communicating the guidelines and rules with their staff and work on training on how to speak to individuals. Do not recommend, wasted 50 minutes of driving and had upset kids.
over crowded way to many people for this tiny pool. Closes for swim meets and the first erop of rain. should not allow bundle membership ahould be open to only city of twinsburg residentas. excercise Classes should be done by the time the pool opens Towne down the music and extend the season through mid September like you use to do.
Very nice water park for the area! Good spot for kiddos and adults alike.
I wasn't at the water park. I was at the park for a fish frie. But was very enjoyable. It has a nice kids play ground. Has lots of covered picnicking areas. Lots of trees for shade. Has nice area for performing or band. I though be a nice place to have out door church service. Just nice all around.
