As any other water park near by, it's busy. It's very clean and the staff is friendly. It's inexpensive. There is something for everyone. The snack bar has a good variety and is reasonably priced. I would say all in all it's a good place to be.
Great Place to soak up water & fun. It's great for all ages. My grandchildren, family & friends love this place. Very clean and has an amazing concession stand.
I really wanted to like this place, but honestly, probably won't be back. Giving 3 stars because the facility itself is really nice, clean, and has lots of things to do. The pricing is also pretty reasonable. The problem that I had was with how it was ran. Instead of rotating the life guards in shifts, every 50 minutes they pull everyone from the water and force a 10 minute "break." Now, I don't like leaving reviews that are rude and petty, but I have to be honest. I really feel like this could be managed better. I've never seen a place do this. Any water park or aquatic center I've been to always just rotated the life guards and people keep playing and going about their day without being interrupted. Every time my kid would be in the middle of having fun, I'd have to pull him from the water and force a break, which anyone with a toddler knows how rough that is. I understand that safety is a big deal, and I'm not taking that lightly. But, no other place does this. It's super inconvenient for the parents and frustrating for the kids. Also, the place was super busy, and there weren't enough chairs for everyone. So, we had to sit on the hot concrete every time we were pulled from the water, which really sucked. Isn't there a better way this could be done?
Easy process for entry. Arrived around 1115 and brought our own chairs after reading reviews that the chairs and umbrellas fill up. Glad I did because otherwise no where to sit. Lots of people on a Tuesday morning, people started clearing out after the 2nd pool exit which may free up some chairs. Concession line was long but we didn't go over there. Bees are there but it wasn't terrible. Enjoyed the visit
This place has gone downhill. Our family has had memberships for the past 3 years. Mold growth on the tiles, bathrooms needing pressure washing with bleach at the Oasis. Large piles of dog crap near the lazy river; we informed the lifeguard and they took care of it. Tiles missing, sharp areas throughout the lazy river, netting missing up on the splash area. Pool gets cloudy by 3pm because they exceed their people limits. My two year old got an ear infection requiring antibiotics after one of the visits this summer and I was very hesitant upon going back. The inside is Super clean at the competition pool, but the Oasis, nah...they have neglected it and its just gross. You can tell by the lack of care of the Oasis vs. the competition pool. We won't be renewing membership
