I truly do love this gym! Every time I come, I feel welcomed and not judged. The people are great and experienced in training, so if I have any questions, I know I can go to them. Jason is great, he always greets with a smile and is very kind, so is Nick! The community is great, it’s always clean and I never have to worry about anyone stealing, in fact people will BRING my stuff to the front desk. Very peaceful environment and is spacious enough for many people! God bless, Jesus loves you and is coming soon, repent and turn to Christ.🩷

I made the switch to this gym from YouFit, and I couldn't be happier! The atmosphere here is amazing everyone is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about both the gym and its members. Plus, the value is unbeatable For the price, you get access to so many fantastic amenities: a pool, a sauna, a hot tub, and even massage chairs with hot towels! Its like the best gym ever

Absolutely love this gym! The facility is always well equipped and has a great atmosphere. Nick Johnson, the general manager, goes above and beyond. He is super friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the members. You can tell he takes pride in running a top-notch gym. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this gym. I became a member last November but am kicking myself for not joining sooner. I love the openness, the equipment, the amenities, and the staff is super friendly. Special S/O to Nick Johnson the GM. If you haven't joined yet, why not!?

I’ve been a One Life member for the past six months, and the experience has been great —primarily thanks to my personal trainer, Divine. He took the time to understand my fitness goals - his approach is challenging motivating and creative. For the first time in a long time I am seeing and feeling results. The gym itself is clean, well-equipped, and welcoming - there are also group workout classes but having a trainer like Divine truly sets it apart! Highly recommend!
