My experience with this gym has been great! The location is always clean, which I really appreciate. The staff are friendly and always willing to help, which makes for a welcoming environment. They also have a wide variety of equipment, so I never have to wait long for a machine and I can switch up my routine. The gym also offers a kids club, which is a great service. While the hours didn't align with my schedule, and I ultimately couldn't keep the service, it's wonderful that they provide this option for parents. Overall, I really enjoy working out here.

I enjoy coming to this gym. I've been training with Kam Smith since April and he is a great coach. I'm glad I chose this gym. I've lost about 20lbs so far since working out here.

Great staff. Huge selection of equipment. Sauna is big enough to have space between you and others and gets up to like 200°. Could do a little better keeping the paper towels and wipes stocked up in the main gym area. But, overall, Best Bang 4 Your Buck when it comes to gyms in the area.

I will give 5 stars EVERY time because I have no reason not to. The front desk staff is always welcoming when I walk in with my kiddos. I have never had a bad experience with any of the front desk staff. We chit chat at times, the smoothies are great, just all around a great environment!! I've been here since this location opened. The ONLY thing I feel needs improvement, are the tanning beds. The bulbs are horrible and even after a month, very minimal results. . And I cannot say enough great things about the kids club staff also. My kiddos get a little rowdy at times (as kids do) and the staff is always excellent communicating when there is an issue. They immediately call me if something comes up that I need to be aware of, and always well informed about their behavior, what they did in kids club, they bring home crafts they made, pictures they've colored, etc. We ADORE the kids club here. Very comforting to know that after a super demanding and stressful day at work, I can drop them off the at the kids club and not have to worry about them while I'm taking care of my physical and mental health. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
