What are people saying (AI review summary)? This establishment receives mixed reviews. Positive feedback highlights it as a nice, new, and often busy place with well-organized events and talented teachers, particularly for swimming lessons. Many appreciate the post-COVID cleanliness and safety measures, and some commend Director Nikita for being helpful. However, there are significant negative experiences, including complaints about coaches being too young, poor treatment of some children by staff and the director, and a generally bad experience for certain families. A major point of contention is the poor maintenance of the pool, leading to frequent closures and missed lessons. Customers are frustrated by the policy of only offering future credit instead of refunds for missed lessons, which some describe as a 'racket' or 'borderline fraud.' Additionally, the facility is criticized for being disorganized, difficult to reach by phone, and for having allegedly incompetent staff, leading to issues with rescheduling, getting information, and registration.

Nice, new place. Always very busy. Nice organization of events. One minus that all coaches are way too young.
The worst place to have your kid in They don’t want to work with kid I have a kid needs to be in the club and they always treat him very bad and he always refused to get in there because of the director and the crew Very bad experience Never contact them for my kids anymore
Best place for swimming lessons! My kids have always enjoyed their lessons. The teachers are very talented. Everything is so well organized. Post COVID they have been awesome in terms of cleanliness and adhering to mask abs social distance rules. This is the only activity I allow my children to do and we feel very safe.
My daughter has been taking swim lessons at the boys and girls club for many years and we had a great experience. The director Nikita has been very helpful and understanding. Highly recommend this place.
I had enrolled my son in swimming lessons for last 5 sessions. I am now done with them. They have gotten progressively worse. The last straw was that their pool was shut down for 3 weeks - they don't maintain it well. Three straight weeks of missed lessons. Furthermore, they don't give credit back in terms of money. They just give credit back for future lessions. What a racket! We will schedule the credited lessons only for the pool to be busted again. This is borderline fraud. Also, these guys don't pick up the phone - ever. You have to go in person and hope one of the teenagers they hire to manage their pathetic swim program is competant enough. You can't reach them to reschedule, find out more info, register, etc. They will happily take your money but are a disorganized mess. Be very careful with the Boys and Girls Club. They engage in very deceptive practices.
