This historic building was built in 1911, and the exterior has been well-maintained for over a hundred years. I especially love the lightbulb YMCA sign on the front corner of the building. The YMCA has a great mission and assists many people in the community.

The apartments are small but brand new appliances and the building was updated in 2021. There is a social worker here to help with whatever we need 9-5 M-F. There is a community room, an elevator and great security in the bldg. It's also very cheap rent. You don't have to pay for heat, hot water or electricity. Only for phone,Internet and cable
