I love going to this pool. The pool and the lockers are always clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Daniela helped me create my account and explained the system very well to me. She always is very welcoming and smiling. I was there this past week and a patron was yelling at the lifeguards I do not find this okay because everyone here is very nice and is trying to do their job
This place is beautiful now after the renovation. Wasn't sure if it was ever going to get done. Has good filtration, brightly lit and well-placed windows all along the side wall for natural light. The lifeguards here are very nice and attentive. Good personalities and safe.
My family moved to Eastie a decade ago, and my daughter and I have been swimming laps at Paris Street Pool during all those years. When we first started, we paid $40 for a family fee and the pool was desperately in need of a renovation. What a transformation since the renovation! We now have a stunning local pool for free as Boston residents. Better than this beautiful pool, though, is the staff. Friendly, professional, thoughtful, and helpful, the staff make everyone feel welcome, like we belong to a community, not like we're just swimming at a local pool. A special shout-out to the pool manager, Abdul - who sets the bar high for his team - for hiring some amazingly wonderful, and sorely needed, female lifeguards, who keep the locker room clean and report problems that would otherwise go unnoticed or unaddressed. An extra-special recognition goes to Daniela, who transformed the locker room area overnight when she was hired. Indeed, every member of the pool staff genuinely cares. Such a welcome gift for our Eastie community.
This is the best pool in Boston! It's very clean and well maintained. The only drawback is that there aren't a lot of lanes. So, you may have to share a lane with another swimmer.
Super clean pool, stuff are friendly too. I like how we need to book sessions online so won’t be too packed.
