What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews highlight a mixed experience with public recreational facilities. Many commend the dedicated park maintenance crews and exceptional lifeguard teams for creating safe and welcoming environments. Splash pads are also noted as enjoyable. However, significant concerns arise from visitor behavior: one park is heavily impacted by litter and disrespect, leading to calls for increased monitoring and fines. At a pool, unsanitary conduct by some patrons (e.g., children without proper swim diapers) prompts requests for mandatory hygiene rules. Additionally, there is frustration regarding outdated pool operating hours and unclear fee structures for elderly users.

So these pool hrs have not changed since the 1980s . I thought maybe Climate Change would have altered this. Ty Niagara Region 4 being so up to date w/ the times. Why do elderly have to pay 2 swim 12-1300hrs pls give an example . TY
The park has been well maintained by the crew. I do wonder how frustrated they are having to clean up after the people who visit out community park. I live across the street and don't even want to walk my dog there anymore. I know if my children were young I would never let them play in the filth and garbage that these inconsiderate people throw all over the playground and park area. The park should be monitored, especially on weekends and these people should be fined. After 25 years I have never been more disgusted. Have some respect please people..
This lifeguard team is truly exceptional. Their dedication, teamwork, and genuine care create a safe, welcoming space for everyone. You can see their hearts are in the job—protecting lives, offering kindness, and always making my experience great
Great pool and amazing life guards ! 2 stars because of the people there. Went June 23 and 24, watched a lady laughing that her kid pooped in the pool and had no swimmer on, went to washroom and came out 60 seconds later with the same bathing suit on the child and went right back in the pool. Watched another mother let her child pee on the side of the pool again with no swimmer on and then put child back in the pool. Said and i quote "ahhh there is chlorine in the pool"... Watched several people walk thorough this puddle of pee unaware. I have kids and I think swimmers should be manitory for all children 4 and under in public pools just like water parks.
Took Grandbabies there, had a blast cooling down in the splash pad, nice park
