I've been here multiple times since I was a kid and now I'm a mother with a 4 year old. Every visit was always a great experience. Rooms were kept clean, food was delicious and there are so many activities for the kids to play. Also there are (free) daily activities for the children and family to join. On top of everything the staff were so friendly and sweet! And Life guards were always alert. I always rcommend this place to everyone I'd come back here again and again. I wish there was some loyalty program to save for future visits. That would awesome

Great time with kids of all ages! Fantastic rooms to keep the experience going. It's almost like a mini theme park experience. Especially with the wands and activities outside of the water! Just a great family experience. Was even better when you go with a group!

Very impressed with the friendly and patient hotel staff. The room is clean and quiet. The water park is well staffed with a lot of attentive lifeguards. The park is well organized and although it was quite busy (a weekday in July), we did not have to wait long for the slides. Overall, it was a great experience for us (we had kids at 6-8 yr old). We will go back again!

So much fun for the kids. Lots of free activities, you don't have to spend a ridiculous amount. Just get some magic wands/glow sticks and animal ears from the dollar store before you go. For our kids, they didn't care for more! We brought our own breakfast and snacks in the room, but the food options there were reasonably priced and tasty. We did have lunch there the second day. The room was super clean, the staff friendly, everything ran so smoothly. We loved it! Exceeds expectations.

I guess it's becoming our yearly tradition to visit Gwl. My toddler absolutely loves this place. Seeing her enjoy the place makes it all worth it. We booked 2 nights and ended up extending for another night as we all had fun and was not in a rush to drive back home. My kid absolutely loved meeting the characters. There are free activities to do offered during the day as well. Our room was unfortunately all the way in the very end. I didn't realize I had book a non patio room which was a bummer and they had no other rooms available when asked. At the very least, we were allowed to check in quite early which we did not even expect. I requested our sheets to be changed as my toddler spilled some chips and housekeeper Margaret came and was nice enough to even offer to change pillows, towels etc. Overall, customer service is great at this location. Their staffs are friendly and actually provide good customer service. Lifeguards are also doing their jobs scanning and checking all the time. We love this place. Very clean, didn't see any litter, the hallways has a particular scent which adds a nice touch. I wish they had loyalty program to save on future visits.
