The building is very nice but the people at the front desk don’t even greet you? Isn’t that their job? And there needs to be more supervision of the parking lot, weird people hang around there. The one star is really just for the hours of operation which I think is ridiculous. Only being open till 8 M-T and until 6 on Friday is bad enough. But closing at 1pm on a Saturday?? And being closed all day on Sunday? Extremely inconvenient to people who work during the day and on the weekends. How come the North canton YMCA can be open until 10pm on weekdays and open decent hours on the weekends, but this one has to have the worst hours? People pay so much for a membership, they should be able to use the gym at whatever time is convenient for them. Do better at making it a safer and friendlier environment AND convenient for the customers not just the staff! Edit: People have been complaining about the hours and the staffs attitudes for YEARS! They obviously don’t care enough to change anything that’s wrong which is very Christian of them.

Mr Jeff and Mr Lee are fantastic with kids and teaching them skills and safety in the pool. Taking their class has really improved our children's capabilities and I feel more confident to take them to water activities next summer because of the class. I really think consecutive days is a great way for kids to develop the muscle memory for swimming. Eric Snow YMCA has the best pool in the area for kids! I've always enjoyed the staff and how polite and friendly they are. Thank you! I will be recommending to everyone.

Well, this place sure is nice to be in such a part of canton. I came here for my routine swim practicing that i do and it was a nice experience. The people at the front were very helpful and nice when i asked about a pair of goggles they have spares!! There is a pretty useful swim suit dryer that was really handy and nice. Good water pressure in the showers and spaceish lockers the women's locker room is nice,i haven't seen the girls so i wouldn't know. I even got told "have a good day" on the way out . 10/10 experience i do recommend i had to take one star off only because the jets in the hot tub for my 5 min muscle relax moment but everything else was great!!

Absolutely worse experience I have had renewing my membership. My sister as well. I work with Canton City Schools and only needed to renew. I asked for a print out of my account to make sure eit was all up to date, the two .morning desk worker both told me they have never had anyone ask for a print out. And proceeded with attitude to not help me.Sonce I work with Canton City we always come in and get some kind of verification so that kids can be picked up. Whether it's a new requests or not you never tell a guest you don't know how to your job. The workers also said they had no record of my membership even through o had it for years and usual pay quarterly. The dismissing demeanor was the icing on the cake.

It is a very clean facility and the staff is very polite, courteous and welcoming, and are always willing to help anyway they can. It is a very safe clean and comfortable place to work out. I recommend this facility to all my family and friends.
