What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews present a mixed but predominantly negative view of the facility. While some praise the beautiful campus, nice facilities, and the variety of programs offered (summer care, youth sports, adult classes), significant concerns are raised about organization, communication, and staff conduct. Recurring complaints include inaccurate information regarding pool availability on the website and app, unexpected pool closures leading to disappointment, last-minute changes to sports schedules (e.g., T-ball), and poorly managed youth sports leagues culminating in safety issues, such as a child being punched with no repercussions. There are also reports of rude front desk staff and inflexible adherence to rules (e.g., swim tests) even when qualified personnel are present. The pool, despite being a key attraction for children, is a frequent source of frustration due to inconsistent access and unclear policies.

Such a Beautiful campus here. I know a lot of people that go there. Feel that it could be more inviting at times, but they offer summer care for school age kids - youth sports, and adult classes offered there. Must say all my sons played there and some other family members, so good memories there for me.
Seriously poorly ran. Just got to the pool to be kicked out for a birthday party. Just checked the website before going and it said the pool was open. Try explaining that to a 4 year old little girl. This is like the fifth time I’ve had to tell her we couldn’t swim or we have only have 20min. She’s heartbroken every time. Update. Continues to disappoint. Signed up for T-ball to start on 8/11 and it’s supposed to be Mondays. Didn’t start till the following week and it’s Tuesdays and Thursdays!!
Decided to join the 4th-5th Flag Football season for 2025. WORST DECISION EVER! The league started off great, good coaches, great staff, but it finished so bad. The level of organization dropped dramatically. The coaching for the teams got "chippy" and the staff were unable to manage the games. The season ended but then there was a tournament that wasn't on the original schedule. Then at the tournament championship game it got very out of control. The stopping point for me was when my child was punched in the throat. PUNCHED....I'm not talking about a block that missed it point...a full clinched fist punch. I pulled my kid from the field and it got so "heated" that the refs had to stop and call the game. The ref that seen my child got punched "talked" to the other child but the was no repercussion. I would save your money and time.....
Lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I told her my name and I already had a acount and she asks for my ID saying I didn’t have one. After that she said rudely u can’t be here without an adult. I’m 17 years old. After that she said she was wrong and I’m good to go.
Facilities are pretty nice and the workers are nice but the pool is pretty annoying. If you call and ask if the pool is open they don’t know and say check the app. Only problem is the app has overlapping of being open and closed. I just wait and call later sometimes someone will know. I also wanted to get my 2 oldest swim test and was told they were only doing swim tests the first Saturday of the month. The requirement is 2 lifeguards but at the time I had 2 swim instructors and a life guard and was told they couldn’t do it. The swim instructor said they would do it but lifeguard said no. So facility 5 star pool 1 star, which is sad for kids the pool is the best part.
