My family has owned here since it was first built in 1989. I grew up here and my kids get to visit their grandma. This is such a great community to live in. It will forever hold a special place in my heart.

AWESOME! Nice community. Accessible within minutes to the airport, I75, FGCU, FSW, Shopping, Barbara B. Mann, Beaches and downtown. Well kept with houses, town homes and condos. Tennis, basketball, multiple pools, club house, fishing pier, shuffle board, pickle ball, club house and gym (currently closed for expansion and remodel). Pet friendly, No breed restriction.

We have a house behind us that refuses to cut their shrubs! The HOA has done nothing to help us! And, they go around looking for stupid stuff, like secured garbage fences! I’m done!

Could use a bigger gym and more equipment. Also not sure why it's not open 24hrs, there's cameras and you have to be a resident with a digital access card to get in so it should be easy enough to figure out who it was if someone damaged anything.

This is such a great development, you can walk to whole foods, tennis courts and 2 pools w clubhouse and brand new playground . Hoa fees are very reasonable.
