I highly recommend SWFL Pool Solutions for all your maintenance/cleaning needs. I purchased a home with a pool, not knowing anything about how to care for it and SWFL has helped me so much. Our pool was dirty when moving in initially and being gone for the holiday months it had a lot of built up. My mom and I purchased a robot vacuum when moving in and kept noticing it needed "more" than just a clean. So we called SWFL pool solutions and they came out right away and discovered the pool pump was not working. Before moving in I had the house inspected and was told the pool pump was brand new it was "working" perfectly, little did we know the inspection company never checked it and we were taken advantage of. SWFL pool solutions spent endless hours and multiple trips out to the house to diagnose and replace it under warranty as well as spending many hours on the phone with the manufacture company of our pool pump. They honestly saved me from paying an arm and a leg. In addition to the excellent service and beyond that they provided, they had educated my mom and I on what to look for with the pool and got our pool up and running. Most company's don't educate their customers and I really appreciate SWFL pool solutions being patient and kind enough to do so. Our pool is now up and running, and is the cleanest it has looked since we bought the house. Their service is easy to get hooked up with, they offer weekly and monthly maintenance that is well worth the money. I am very happy with their service and support.

I highly recommend this pool company for all your maintenance/cleaning needs. I purchased a home with a pool, not knowing anything about how to care for it. Our pool was dirty and although we have a robot, we could not get it clean. SWFL came out and discovered the pump was not working. SWFL made multiple trips to my home and spent endless time on the phone with the company who manufactured the pump. In the end, SWFL helped us with the account for our pump, got the pump running and our pool is sparkling clean. In addition to excellent service, they are great teachers because we now know what to look for with our pool. They also offer a monthly maintenance which is well worth the cost, which is very reasonable. I'm very happy with their service and support.

Very happy with service. SWFL always show up weekly and notifies me that they cleaned the pool with an email and picture. Most everyone has heard the saying "time is money", the two previous pool companies I had on most occasions would spend minutes taking care of my pool, frequently making me wonder what I was paying for. SWFL takes their time and even vacuums the pool monthly. I am very happy with the service and my pool hasn't looked this good since moving into the house.

I have had the most upstanding service from SWFL Pool Solutions! For one, Joe really listened to my concerns about my past issues with my pool. He explains everything in detail, unlike some other pool services that I used in the past. His service crew, always prompt,extremely polite, and professional , respectively. They are knowledgeable and always follow up with a photo, after every visit. They have really raised my comfort level and changed the way I feel about having service employees on my property, whether I am at home or away. I just can’t say enough great things about SWFL Pool Solutions! SWFL pool Solutions maintains and services my pool for optimum efficiency. I am more than pleased with owner Joe and his knowledgeable staff. Joe determined the cause of my pump shutting off intermittently and had a new pump installed and running ASAP with a reasonable quote . Thank you for such great service and care !
