Very inflexible with their make up class policy. I wanted to reschedule a make up class to three hours earlier on the same day with our regular swim instructor and the manager refused to switch it. Initially that class wasn’t available. I find this policy to be extremely not family friendly. I also wouldn’t sign up for classes again as my son isn’t progressing as fast as I would like. They go over the same exact same skills every class, even the ones he has mastered. They also won’t teach him how to use his arms to swim until the next class level.

Amazing and the staff is very dedicated. My daughter loves coming here and is determined to go through all the levels. She makes so many friends and the instructors are passionate about what they do.

I am not happy with the customer service received at Aqua-Tots Ballantyne location. I signed my children up for swim lessons the day before I received the promotion text below. I called the day that I received the text asking if I could get the promotion or at least the discount and was advise the general manager would call back. I didn’t receive a call back and follow up this afternoon he advised me that I could not receive any of the promotion and utilize the analogy “if I bought a shirt from the store one day before and then it went on sale that I couldn’t get the discount “which is not True. The swim lessons for 2 kids 2 times a week is 500.00 definitely not cheap. Also the general manager stated in the promotion it states that the promotion would not apply to prior contracts. The text below from the swim school does not state that verbiage.

After 1 year of weekly classes and spending 100s of dollars my kid can now successfully swim for 5 feet as per aquatots. He can actually swim from one corner to another corner in my community swim which is around 20 feet and they never give him a chance for more than half of their swim pool. I asked them to get him move forward but they insist he need to be prepared for Olympics and cannot deviate from their curriculum!! Stopped it and will continue at my pool since he improves faster there compared to time he spends at aquatots. On the good side It's good place if u want ur kid to spend 5 years and 1000s to get into swim lessons basics..

I love the swim school. I started my daughter at 3 years old she started as a leap frog and is doing amazing she is expected to move up to a level 4. The app is easy to reschedule classes. The staff is very helpful and attentive. I would recommend to buy the swim googles there. My daughter loves going to swim. The 1-day a week is helpful and she is learning how to swim. Well worth it.
