We have had an excellent experience at Big Blue Swim School. I did a good bit of research online & asking around before settling here. These are my daughter's first swim lessons, so we wanted to be sure to choose somewhere that had a comfortable, clean, & safe environment & BBSS checks all of those boxes! From the time you walk in the door & interact with the check-in team to using the (always clean) restrooms or separate changing rooms it is a calm & enjoyable experience. Alyssa, her instructor, always greets Lillian & gets her right in the water & if Lillian even hints at a meltdown or being afraid she works her magic & it's all smiles. I seriously need to know how she does it! I love that they work in small groups to make them feel comfortable with their peers but still get the one-on-one attention. Lastly, it's affordable & they always send off the little ones with a treat (stamp, sticker, lollipop) of some sort. Highly recommend!

Very disorganized. It was a good place and we have been there over a year. They said my son leveled up. But next class they said we are not moving him up. I have asked the reason from 3 people and got 3 different responses. A manager whose name is Laura apparently does not know when she can ask from the instructor why he was not moving up. I asked when i can hear back, she simply said “I don’t know” . If just to get a feedback is that headache, forget about long term success with them. They simply don’t care how is your kid is progressing.

We loved it!! Since we walked in for the trial class the energy was very good 😊 our daughter is usually shy but the whole team was there for her!! Sebastian , Justina , , Rihanna .. oh man I wish I can remember all the names but my brain is a bit foggy this morning :/ . Honestly everyone there is so kind , friendly , and just good people. My family and I totally recommend this school .. NO DOUBTS!!

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sebastian is an incredible swim instructor! He took the time to really get to know my son—learning his interests and favorite characters—and used them in such a thoughtful way during lessons. It made a huge difference in keeping my son engaged and focused. We truly appreciate his patience, creativity, and connection-building. Highly recommend him!

My daughter did a swim clinic- she learned so much and had a blast doing it. Every class she learned something new. We loved every teacher she had during the week. If we were not moving, we would absolutely do weekly classes. The facility is very nice and staff is friendly and helpful! It’s perfect for big families like ours.
