Website is either incorrect or the staff lied to my 17 and 14 year old daughters. They where told they had to wait to swim until 5:00 to swim then told they could only swim laps but had to take a swim test first. The website shows recreation swimming on weekends and laps on weekdays only . So my kids and I where lied too and refused a refund after sitting there for over an hour waiting for nothing. Four staff members sitting in the front office together could not put a straight story together to justify not giving me a refund !!! This place is a disgrace to Charlottesville parks and recreation !!! Either fix the website to show correct times and events or hire staff that can properly explain what is going on……..

Nice staff, very helpful. However, facility needs renovation. We are fortunate to have this pool to use, though.
