Tom called to schedule warranty repair and during the course of the call proceeded to try and upsell me on multiple things, to which I said no. We scheduled the repair for two days later, discussed where I lived and how he grew up here. Day of scheduled service I received a notice from Pentair, not Tom, saying it was cancelled as I am “out of their service area”. Tom did not return my calls nor Pentair’s.

I cannot say enough about this company. They saved me after my previous pool company left me high and dry when I needed help. Tom and his son came right out and have my pool in the best shape its been in for ten years. They are honest, reasonable, dependable, a pleasure to work with. My water and equipment has never been better. They respond immediately and figure out the problem quickly and fix it. Ive been with them two seasons now and they are a cut above the rest. Highly highly recommend.

Tom and Mike were a huge help when I first bought my house last year. The pool that I had had not been taken care of properly and I had no clue how to do it. They came out the DAY of my closing to make sure it was working and got it running until it was crystal clear. Every time I have an issue with my pool they come out as soon as they’re able. They are professional, experienced and personable people. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Good people.

LOVE these guys. I started using them two years ago and I no longer worry or stress over my pool. They’re always available and fix issues quickly. They’re also fair and take the time to properly assess and correct any problems. I highly recommend Aquarius!

Went to Aquarius Pools, thinking they were a store, but it turns out it's somebody's house. I'm not gonna go knock on their door to ask about getting pool parts or instalation, not even gonna call now.
