What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this aquatic facility highlight both positive aspects and areas for improvement. Patrons appreciate the wide range of attractions suitable for all ages, including splash pads, a lazy river, slides, and diving areas. The staff is noted as great, and the facility is described as clean and comfortable, offering convenient amenities like picnic areas and a food stand. However, significant frustrations exist regarding communication: the facility has been unexpectedly closed for private events without prior notice on the website, leading to wasted trips for families. Other concerns include the functionality of the splash park, where water features may not be consistently on and require manual activation, with only half the fountains often operational. The pricing structure is also a point of contention, particularly the high cost for guests who only wish to use the splash park, especially for toddlers, with suggestions for a discounted fee for partial access.

Spent an hour getting our kids ready only to show up and be told it is closed because it was rented out for a birthday party. We thoroughly checked the website ahead of time and there was no indication that it wouldn’t be open or that it had been rented out. If you are going to allow party rentals that shut down the entire splash pad, please put a notice on your website when it will be closed. It takes a lot of time to get your kids ready to get to the pool, only to be told you can’t come in. Very frustration.
Love this place ... Great staff on point and nice picnic area for your own lunch along with available food stand. Very clean and comfortable.
A clean fun splash park. However, it costs money to get in and the water is not on all the time. Patrons have to keep turning the water and only half of the fountains are on at a time. Many kids staring at fountains waiting for them to turn on
Great place for all ages! Lazy river, splash pads, slides, diving, lane swimming and shallow pools!
There is a splash park and a sand pit. It's a great splash park, but I really feel like there should be a discounted fee if you are not going to the rest of otter cove. I have a toddler and $10 for a day pass when she will last an hour or two tops seems super steep. Other pools in the area have it. Not sure why they are not getting on board with it.
