One of the best public pools in the area in my personal opinion. I love that there are two pools, one is warmer and the other is cooler. It's always clean, which is a big plus.

Poor communication My family had just paid and entered the pool area, not 5 minutes later everyone in the big pool was kicked out. We weren’t informed as to what was going on and were waiting for a half hour. An announcement came saying that the pool was closed for the day so we tried to get a refund. We weren’t given a refund despite only swimming for about 5 minutes because we “were already in the pool area”. I understand that it wasn’t their fault that something occurred but I didn’t find it fair that we lost our money but the people entering as we were leaving were able to get a refund. The only reason why the people entering were able to get a refund was because they overheard us in line talking about the pool being closed, the receptionist failed to mention it prior to them paying. This is our first negative experience in this waterpark but I’m not sure if we’ll be coming back.

Plenty to do for all the kids! This is one of the few pools I feel comfortable going to with multiple kids by myself! The sand area, shallow pool, slides and deep pool are each gated off separately. It’s easy to keep your eyes on all the kids, especially if you have different ages. The sand area is shaded, which is perfect for taking a break from the sun. They have a small concessions stand, some things are a little overpriced but that is too be expected. It’s a cute area to take a break from all the swimming.

Clean and lots of places to sit. Nice and attentive staff. Speakers are so loud though and there is not a lot of room to change in locker room
