Pool is always open in summer for swimming lessons. The instructors are good and well experienced. But the restrooms need to be kept clean. It looks dirty. The pools are very neat.

My kids have taken swimming lessons here and I must say, the instructors have got their act together. The price for 8, group classes is $60.00 which is incredibly reasonable. The quality of the lessons is really top notch, and I am especially pleased with how important safety is to the staff. You’d be hard pressed to find a better place for your kids (or anyone, really) to learn how to swim. Also, a fun bonus is that they have a pool with a deep end for divers and more advanced swimmers as well as a diving board. They’ve got bathrooms and lots and lots of shaded areas with picnic tables and chaise lounges. Aside from the diving board, the pool itself is pretty basic in comparison to say, the pool at J. Stoval which has slides and more amenities, but honestly, that’s sort of the throw-back appeal of this location. It’s also got a zero depth entry for the kiddos and it’s cheaper than some of the other Arlington pools which is nice.

I really like the layout of this pool with the walk in shallow and different sections of depth. The bottom of the pool is a little rough and it's white which reflects the sun so I definitely recommend sunglasses. Someone needs to scoop out the leaves that have collected in the gutters of the pool. The bathroom really needs an update. The toilets spray water all over when you flush and it's usually pretty stinky. They play music a little loud, but it's usually a pretty good playlist. Overall my children really like playing in this pool because they can both stay where they feel comfortable. It's also really good for teaching littles how to swim.
