What are people saying (AI review summary)? The Lee Park Pool is a new, well-designed aquatic facility offering a variety of partitioned spaces for all ages, including a separate water slide, a play area for young children, and areas for volleyball and basketball. Many patrons praise the friendly and helpful staff, clean environment, and user-friendly layout. However, there are conflicting views on lifeguard effectiveness; while some found them attentive, others criticized the pool as poorly run with young lifeguards who allegedly allow unsupervised behavior, profanity, and dangerous play, focusing only on minor rule enforcement. The pool operates with specific summer hours and pricing tiers for residents (requiring proof of residency, like a driver's license) and non-residents, with free entry for children 0-3 and for residents 50+.

The new Lee Park Pool is well-designed and user friendly. I really appreciate the variety of places for parents and children of all ages to swim. I also appreciate that the slide (which is great fun!) is separate from the rest of the pool. The cashiers are always so friendly, and the lifeguards are the right mix of attentive and not overbearing. Since the pool is brand new, I really enjoy how clean and well kept it is. Looking forward to beating the heat at Lee for years to come.
A well designed neighborhood pool with partitioned spaces for little kids, volleyball, basketball, and a slide. Entrance is from the parking lot off of Anderson. You'll need to bring proof of residency for the reduced rate; a driver's license will work. Summer hours (Memorial Day to August 10th) are: 14:00-20:00 Tuesday through Friday and 13:00-19:00 Saturday & Sunday. After summer hours end and through Labor Day the pool will be open weekends only. Prices: Ages | Resident | Nonresident 0 - 3 | FREE | FREE 4 - 17 | $3 | $6 18 - 49 | $4 | $8 50+ | FREE | $4
The new aquatic park opened 2025 and it offers something for everyone! Our family and friends had a great time together! It has a water slide, a play area for the little ones and a 4+ft area with a volleyball net and basketball hoop to enjoy and play with.
Such a cute new facility. Staff was AWESOME!! Super helpful with my kids and getting them in lifejackets. Super nice and friendly across the board!! Can’t wait to come back.
Probably the most poorly run pool of all of the city pools. Lifeguards are all kids and literally let these kids go unsupervised. The only rules that they enforce are no sitting on the pool islands and the cashier's insure that you have on a swimsuit. They see no problem with kids screaming profanities and balls hitting other patrons in the face. Will definitely spend the extra gas to go to cimmaron where they have supervisors that care about the public's safety.
