Our experience has been AMAZINGLY AMAZING!!!! Aaliyah knows her job very well…she is patient and ALWAYS KIND!!! My little swimmer is so comfortable and confident in the water after 4 weeks. All of the staff are nice and friendly at all times and we the grandparents appreciate each one of you for helping our babies become the best version of themselves while in the water….KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!! Super BIG KUDOS to our personal instructor, Aaliyah!

Don't waste your money with this school. They are too unorganized and very unprofessional. They have charged my card for recurring payments abd it has bever been set up that way. It was done without my permission and I am reporting it. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

My son has been taking classes for a while, and doesn't learn how to swim, a girl has a class of 2 adults and 2 kids, saying they are at the same level. This is ridiculous. I am done with safe splash.

The instructors are amazing, despite having a high turnover rate. The reason for my one star is the lack of communication and the refusal to refund my money. It took 4 months to hear anything back for makeup sessions for my daughter and by now she’s been unenrolled for two months. I requested a refund because their lack of communication meant I was owed 6 sessions and they never returned my calls in the 48 hours, let alone at all! I had to constantly communicate about everything. And still they refused my refund. Please take your money where it will be appreciated. I could not give them a worse rating. Terrible company. Edit: you all responded to me quicker on google than you all EVER have over the phone. Maybe I should’ve written this months ago. I called a minimum of 5 times, in addition to talking to instructors in person and was always given the “they’ll reach out in 24 to 48 hours.” This wasn’t a new issue. The makeup tokens were texted by a previous worker who didn’t properly communicate, so here we are.. and this is why I’m warning further visitors. Hopefully you all can formulate a better policy that works for consumers.

My daughter enjoyed the swimming lessons and the instructor was good. Unfortunately the customer service and billing department are horrible. I called and scheduled 3 swimming lessons on 5/10. After these were done i called to schedule 2 more lessons only to find out my credit card was already charged for the entire month of June. I never agreed to this and the company has refused to refund the unauthorized charges. I understand mistakes happen but it says alot about the company how its handled.
