I can't say enough about the kind gentlemen at Stegmeier. They provided the custom brass channel drain for our pool. Our pool company left the protective tape on during the construction of our home to protect it, but apparently with the hot Texas sun that can cause finish issues. The channel drain also took a beating during construction. I simply reached out to Stegmeier to check into replacements and they provided me with free replacements for the entire channel drain. I couldn't believe how kind they were and this level of customer service. Truly outstanding! Our channel drain is now brand new and it looks brand new thanks to these great guys!

Loading too slow, they left forklift in trailer and go to break . For 2 hours just couple pellets.
