What are people saying (AI review summary)? This gym receives high praise for its exceptional cleanliness, modern and diverse equipment including excellent free weights and power racks, and generally uncrowded atmosphere, especially during off-peak times and summer. Many appreciate the variety of fitness classes and the welcoming climbing wall staff. However, a significant point of contention is the general staff, with one review strongly criticizing them for being on 'power trips,' harassing members, and creating uncomfortable vibes, while another review describes the staff as 'extremely nice.' Common criticisms also include a desire for longer operating hours, particularly on weekends, and the absence of amenities like a steam room and sauna.

Great place to exercise and enjoy your day, the only thing which I think is missing is a steam room and a sauna. There are many fitness classes in doors if you want to be in a group!
Beautiful clean gym with excellent equipment. The worst part is the staff. They are all on power trips. I’ve watched them harass gym goers for trivial things countless times. When they’re not doing that, they stand in the workout area with their arms crossed and a sour look on their face scanning around to see who they can harass next. Their third favorite thing to do is wheel out a big whiteboard into the workout area with “The Rules” written on them which they stand next to crossing their arms and leering around. Never been to a gym where staff acts like this. Weird, uncomfortable vibes all around.
This is a great gym! The staff is extremely nice, the equipment is brand new, and it is an overall amazing workout environment! Whether you are new to the gym or are an avid gym-goer, this place is perfect for everyone. I have been working out for about five years now and this gym has enough equipment and variety to feel like I always get a great workout!
I'm a little bit of an older student, so I've been a member of many gyms and the Wellness Center is probably the best ones I've been to - it reminds me of a Lifetime Fitness. The free weights area is awesome! I can say this as a former bodybuilder, and a squat rack always seems to be available. It's clean, equipment is modern and up to date, and it's usually never crowded, even at peak times compared to regular gym standards. My only gripe would be that I wish they were open later and had longer hours on weekends - but go in the morning and you'll pretty much have the gym to yourself.
This was my gym for the past year and a half and it has been amazing. Everything is always super clean. It is rarely crowded except for peak hours during the school year. In the summer it is almost empty which I personally love. Their power racks are perfect, and they have just about every machine you’ll need. Sid & Diego have great vibes up at the climbing wall and the entire climbing team is welcoming, friendly and ready to help you improve your skills. The only thing I can say is the hours aren’t ideal for everyone but besides that this gym is a 10/10
