I have to start out by saying that this is a very great gym. The main issue is that they close on the weekends too early. Later hours all around would make this a much more desirable place to work out. It’s a wonderful facility all around. It’s very clean all the time. You visibly see someone attending to the cleanliness almost always which is very important.

Our program has brought students with disabilities to this pool many times before, and unfortunately, our most recent experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. While supporting our students during the visit, one of the lifeguards began yelling at them about pool rules. Several of our students are non-English speaking and/or nonverbal, and our staff was in the process of calmly helping them understand what was being asked. Instead of showing patience or respect, the lifeguard’s tone and behavior made both our students and staff feel very unwelcome, uncomfortable, unsafe, and overwhelmed. This type of treatment is not only inappropriate but also harmful, especially in a setting where inclusivity and understanding should be a priority. As a community facility, we expect staff to demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism toward all guests—particularly individuals with disabilities who may need additional support. We hope that the management addresses this serious concern and ensures that all staff are trained to interact respectfully with diverse groups, so that no other families, students, or staff members have to experience what we did. Until then we will no longer recommend this pool or facility to ANYONE or be returning ourselves. A very sad sad story!

Phenomenal facility all around! We went to the pool area and I was blown away. That texture of the pool for the Childrens area is soft like hardened foam and gradually descends like the sand at a beach. There are a lot of really neat splash pad features installed into the pool, a separate pool area that is slightly deeper, the main area is only 3 foot deep, and the area at the slides is super fun!there is also a separate pool for swimming that is roped off for people who are solely exercising and there is a gigantic hot tub as well. Any children in the Hot tub must have an adult with them or they will be asked to leave, I saw this happen and it was great to know that the rules are enforced! We will definitely be back. They have men’s changing rooms, women’s changing rooms, a family changing room, and a changing room that is gender free. The entire facility is immaculately clean, and all of the staff is incredibly friendly and willing to answer any questions you might have.

Beautiful place specially we appreciate the frequent cleaning effort for the bathrooms! Always clean tissue soap never out of stock. One complain, I was there on July 3, 2025 with my daughter in lazy river. Two teen couples wear kissing in the water, hugging touching. I informed the lifeguard, no action taken . Then I went to the Jacuzzi. Then the couples came and joined me. I left the Jacuzzi. I told the lifeguard by the Jacuzzi as well. No action taken. The couples continued their actions to the end. This is destructive and bad influence for my daughter and other little kids. This should be corrected! I also observe the same situation in the past same place. I also heard another person complain about it. So I am speaking on behalf of others too. Also please increase the Jacuzzi power. People need to fix the back pain, neck, pain issue with the power.

Trails is a great facility with lots of options. Meeting and party rooms available. They have done a nice job keeping the facility clean and updated. Can be very busy at peak times. Great punch card options to allow multiple family members to use.
