Save your money and find a different gym. This location constantly has equipment that is broken. Even after it is fixed the weight on it is not correct and still has problems. The bathrooms are utterly disgusting and appear to be barely cleaned at any given point of the day. Water fountains are broken and falling apart. Save your money and find a different gym or another Vasa location where the management actually cares about the people who show up

Mari and Angel are amazing. I have been coming here now for about 8 months. I am writing this review after leaving a 0-star review 3 years ago. I started using this gym in January of 2025. The time of this review is July of 2025. Angel is the reservationist who provides excellent welcoming and assisting with any issues. He is always kind, friendly, and professional. He has a great sense of humor and a very inspiring young gentleman. The manager, Mari, is really great at doing her job. If there is a problem, she is calm and collected listening. Really respectful lady and providing great services as manager, customer service, and assistance in case necessary. Mari is the manager who keeps this gym clean and safe place to work out. I am very grateful to the manager for her professional and respectful demeanor, especially in difficult and problematic situations. Great job! Thank you, Angel, for always being kind, welcoming, and ready to laugh on some silly daily situations. I do recommend this gym! Thank you!

Locker rooms are unsecured. Cameras are decorative. Vehicle theft is an issue and management is doing nothing. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. Uodate: My vehicle was stolen from Vasa on north Federal in Denver and the company sent me to collections for terminating my membership. Apparently not feeling safe and having an open investigation at their address is not grounds for early cancelation. Greedy, big corporate gym. Save yourself the headache and go locally owned and operated.

I come to VASA when I can, in order to attend Maria's ZUMBA class. If I lived closer It would be a very regular occurrence. She plays great music and her choreography is seamless. No awkward transitions from one move to another. Between these, her great energy and the disco lights, yes, you read that right, her classes feel more like a dance club than exercise. Can't get much better than that. Perhaps I should pack up and move to Westminster.

My vehicle was stolen from this location. The staff was unhelpful and would not give me any of my belongings back until I signed forms releasing them of any responsibility. They would not release the video footage of the theft to the police. They also sent me to collections for trying to cancel my membership early. Apparently not feeling safe was not a valid reason. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. Corporate never returned calls or emails, just harassed me with robo calls daily for months. An absolutely appalling experience all around.
