My kids joined Goldfish about three months ago, and it has truly been a joyous experience for them. They are thriving in their classes and having so much fun! The small group sizes really allow for personal attention, and I can’t say enough about the friendly staff. The instructors are genuinely kind and always go out of their way to be helpful to the kids. The facility is consistently clean and well-maintained, providing a welcoming space for families to safely store their belongings while they watch their kids or take part in various activities or mini-swimming lessons. One of our favorite things here is the open swim times they offer for members. They also host many fun free swim events where members can invite friends, making it a wonderful place for families to bond and create lasting memories. I would like to express my appreciation for Coach Lauren, Coach Nakaiya, and all the front desk staff. Their warm and welcoming demeanor significantly enhanced our experience, making it enjoyable for my kids. I wholeheartedly recommend Goldfish. It has been a delightful experience for our family!

Goldfish Swim School has been a wonderful experience from day one. The coaches are amazing—patient, encouraging, and truly skilled at working with kids of all ages. They make learning to swim fun and safe, helping build confidence in the water. Even the front desk staff are friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making check-in smooth and easy. You can tell everyone here genuinely cares about the kids and their progress. I've seen such great improvement and enthusiasm in my child thanks to their supportive environment. Even my kid looks forward to her class. Highly recommend Goldfish Swim School!

We love goldfish west Bloomfield! In 6 months, my kids went from being afraid of the water and not being willing to get their faces wet to LOVING to swim and my daughter is even a star student this month and working on her backstroke! Couldn’t be happier with this location! Amazing staff! Super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and focused on the safety of our kids!

After almost 18 months having my 2 sons take swim classes at this facility, we decided to opt out and try something else, comply with the 1 month of prenotice, which ended up having to pay 1 week falling off cycle which seem to be fair. But, they decided to cancel all classes for the last day which I was already bill for and refuse to provide a refund. I dont want more make up tokens, want my money back, very limited schedule options for more elevate levels. What seem to be a very nice experience end up as a total dissatisfaction.
