Great experience with Precision Vinyl! Kyle did a great job laying out the process and answering any questions I had as a relatively new pool owner. Great service, great job, great pricing. They coordinated the water trucks so all I have to do now is enjoy my pool. They were also able to replace our pool Iight that we haven't seen work since we moved in.

Kyle and Precision Vinyl are the best! Last year I had to replace our safety cover. Kyle was great to work with. High quality material. Much better price than the 3 other companies I spoke with. Was able to reuse all but 2 of the existing anchors that they replaced/drilled new. This year we tried to get through one more season with self patching but last week it started leaking a lot. I got some pricing early in the season just in case. Most the companies were a mess to deal with if they called me back at all. Those that did needed me to take photos and measure on my own for the quote. Last week I called Kyle, he gave me a significantly better price than the others and had the new liner in place in three days. When they tore out the old liner it turned out to be from Precision and 15 years old. It was faded but not terrible. Can’t say enough good things about Kyle and Precision.

Absolute best in the business did a excellent job replacing my pool liner for my pool friendly fast reliable would not use anyone else for my pool in the future to make sure that it is taking care of thank you so much you guys did a great job!!!

I worked with a local pool builder and had a pool installed in 2015. They purchased a liner thru precision, that liner faded horribly above the water line. That liner ended up being replaced under warranty, I was responsible for the $1000 worth of water which I felt was fair. My new replacement liner is now even worse. The print is more than 50 percent gone on the bottom of the pool. We are extremely light on our pool and keep our water parameters near perfect. I believe this is due to cheap imported materials. I have tried contacting them over the past several seasons because it stated happening the year after it was installed and have never received a call back. Please be careful who your pool builder is sourcing their liners from as many friends liners are 20 years old and don’t show the fade or wear than mine currently does. I am in need of a 3rd liner and my pool is not even 10 years old.

I want to edit my earlier rating. I was frustrated with the situation but in the end, the problems we were facing had nothing to do with them and they came out to our house and fixed the whole thing. They were pleasant and courteous and the job was well done.
