Visited on June 7, 2025 (4 Moms, 2 babies, 5 kids). Parking was available, no lines for tickets (opens at 11, I arrived at 12). Military discount available at the counter for tickets. 48qt cooler allowed in for additional $25, I had a 38qt rolling cooler and was able to fit a 7lb ice bag, 9 large water bottles, 6 lunch packs, 6 bananas, and had room for more. Staff thoroughly check cooler & bags, then provide tag for cooler. Stroller parking area is by the check point since they must stay there. Plenty of seating area; come early for free shaded seats/tables; large pavilions and canopies available for additional cost. Staff, life guards, and security personnel were alert and courteous when they found the adults of kids who were struggling in water or kept running after multiple warnings. Life jackets are available, they work, but if you have your own bring it for better fit. The younger kids have a large water slide that lands them in shallow water they can sit on. There are 2-3 balls available for the basketball area. The water current in the lazy river is strong for the younger kids who tippy-toe in there. Adult supervision is strongly recommended so they can enjoy it vs panic from fear of danger even with lifevests. Separate pool areas for older kids and toddlers are available as well. 2 larger slides are also available. Restrooms were clean and also offer separate family restrooms. Food is available for purchase to include unlimited drink passes. We had a great time, it was my 1st visit and wouldn't mind carving time to visit again before moving away.
Every penny spent here was well worth it. My family had a blast! My kids range from 2-7 and they had pools appropriate for their ages. The park also provides life vests! I love how the lifeguards were all very attentive! The staff was also very kind and polite. A true gem of a waterpark! I can’t wait to go to all their locations here in El Paso!
We had a great time at our visit. I was kind of shocked to see the other reviews because it was our first time and we had fun! All the staff that worked on 6/4/25 were friendly and polite. Also, all of the lifeguards were extremely attentive and alert! Yes, we glanced at the food/beverage and it does seem pricey, however we weren’t there for that, we were there to swim with the kids. It’s very kid friendly. I love the options they have for toddlers. Although, I wish they had a separate basketball shoot for different ages. Right now, it’s available for kids of all ages, and the older kids can be a little rough and unaware of the younger kids nearby.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This waterpark has truly been a lifesaver for our family. As a parent of an autistic child, I’ve never been very comfortable with outdoor waterparks we usually had to drive to another state just to find an indoor one where I felt it was safer. When I tried Camp Cohen, I was humiliated and targeted by a lifeguard named Elisa. That experience made me feel less than human. But at Lost Kingdom, it’s the complete opposite, this place feels like home for me and my kids. Even though it’s quite far, I still drive here with multiple kids 3 to 4 times a week because they all love it. All the lifeguards here treat you like a person 😆. As long as they see you’re fully watching your kids, they don’t stress you out. The only time they ask parents to stay close is with small or toddler kids, which makes sense. Unlike Camp Cohen, where the strictness takes away the fun, Lost Kingdom lets guests relax and enjoy. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The staff and management here are simply the best!
Took my whole family and WE LOVE IT ! 😍 Very clean, friendly staff, and the life guards are super attentive! My daughter is 1 and my son is 3 and the rest of my family came, there was pools for all ages here ! The prices are good 👍🏻
