What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the facility are mixed. Many visitors find it an affordable ($4, credit card only) and clean place to spend hot days, especially for families, and appreciate being able to bring outside food and drinks. Positive aspects include good experiences with water aerobics, the availability of swimming lessons, and a party room. However, there are significant complaints regarding inconsistent customer service, with some staff being unhelpful, not explaining things clearly to new visitors, or providing incorrect information (e.g., payment methods). Operational issues are also frequently cited, including inaccurate opening hours (online and actual), delayed openings, and unanswered phone calls. The facility's exterior is described as old and run down. Some reviewers express broader frustration with the perceived lack of well-managed recreational options in El Paso, making it difficult to pursue healthy activities.

Customer service needs to be nice. She doesn't explain anything. She needs to the tell you more when you are new. Water aerobics it's awesome, the ladies there are more helpful and explains how everything works.
Hours on google are wrong, park is supposed to open at 11. Me along with other 8-10 cars were in line at 10:55 waiting for them to open and nothing. I called multiple times and of course no one answered. I left at 11:30 and no one had opened the doors yet. Feels more like we will open when we feel like it. From the outside the facility looks old and run down. Would give it no stars if that was an option.
It was a great place to spend the day during these extremely hot days. Very clean. $4 credit card (only) admission to get in which is very affordable. I recommend that you get there early to get a table. We got there at 12 and we got the last table. All others were already taken. It opens at 11. You can bring outside food. We will definitely come back.
My kids love this place! I enjoy it too! The entrance fee is cheap! You are allowed to take in snacks and drinks. They offer swimming lessons. They have a party room which you can reserve for your event.
El paso really dose suck there’s nothing to do out here. I was looking for an indoor swimming pool to train in there and I called made an appointment and they never told me it had to bring a card with me they told me to bring 2 dollars that’s all and they don’t even accept them. This is the reason why in El Paso there’s no other productive things to do! People make it impossible to have a healthy life out here and workers are not there to help there there to waist people’s time. I will have to travel all the way to Vegas or Denver to use the pool because here in El Paso it’s easier to buy alcohol than go train.
