What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews for this swimming facility are mixed. Positive feedback highlights excellent parent/baby swimming lessons, with praise for helpful staff, clean and well-maintained areas, and patient instructors. However, several negative experiences were reported, including significant pool crowding and limited usable space due to unannounced classes, an overly strict and unaccommodating lifeguard who made children uncomfortable, and staff refusing entry to a training group based on unsubstantiated claims of lane bullying, without offering discussion or resolution. A minor complaint also mentioned a funny smell in the public restroom.

If you wish to swim in a small square corner of the pool and feel like a sardine it’s the perfect place for you. I wish the pool could share the events when and at what time they have classes as we were only allowed to use half of the pool at first and then shoved to the square corner of the pool it was not a fun experience you’re better going to another pool.
We started the parent/baby swiming lessons and loved them. The staff is super helpfull, the areas areclean, well mantained and the instructor is super patient with the little ones.
Went in on Saturday to take my kids for a swim which is open (pool) and it’s like the lifeguard hated her job. She kept picking on my kids only telling them what not to do and what not to touch. It was so uncomfortable feeling being around that environment before they never used to be like that and I don’t know if she didn’t like her job or what her issue was But I will never be returning , So make sure if you take your kids just know they’re always gonna be watching them like Hawks always be on their butt !!!! It’s like every little thing bothers them there
Good place to swim. My friend said it smelled a little funny in the restroom. But, hey it's a public restroom.
Went as a small group for some training and the people who worked there refused to let us swim on multiple occasions because we may possibly bully other people out of their lanes. We had been going for 3 years without issues but suddenly it had become an issue? We as a group were aware of the lane sharing policy and were always respectful of it. Unfortunately staff was unwilling to speak about the issue and resorted to threats of reporting us. This is unfortunate because as teenagers we like to find ways to stay active in the summer which is hard when people take offense to us gathering to work out !?
