What was suppose to be a summer learning experience/activity for my girls turned in to an epic fail. Registered my girls for swimming lessons and regret it before the even started the day before they where suppose to start the lessons their instructor called me to reschedule for the following week. So as we did then on the first “ lesson class” the instructor (Hannah) didn’t even bother to introduce herself just toke one of my girls in the pool with her. The whole time the instructor seemed unfocus. Then on the second class literally one hour before the class she messaged me to reschedule but I did state to her I was already on my way and she said oh ok then will see you here! On the third class we show up and the front desk lady tells us oh the instructor rescheduled all her lessons!!! In which she failed to notice me. Today I’m still waiting for “another instructor that suppose to call us to schedule with them” I really don’t recommend!! Waist of time and money 😔 I asked for a refund before the first class but they stated it wasn’t possible!!

Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone. Got transferred 6 times and still could not get information. What a bummer.
