What are people saying (AI review summary)? Customers express significant frustration with the pool's frequent 'adult swim' policy, which occurs every 45 minutes for 15 minutes, forcing all children, even from shallow pools, out of the water. This policy is particularly problematic in hot weather and is seen as disruptive. A major point of contention is the strict no-refund policy; customers report being denied refunds when the pool closes shortly after their entry (e.g., due to weather), leading to feelings of being ripped off, especially if staff took payment knowing an imminent closure. Other issues include unreliable operating hours listed online and lack of clear signage for closures, inconsistent staff behavior (some lifeguards described as mean/careless, others helpful), and concerns about pricing. Amenities like the splash park were sometimes closed due to maintenance, and the baby pool occasionally had cleanliness issues. A change in management has been noted by staff.

Took our daughter to the pool, it opened at 12pm. We got there at opening and not even 45 minutes into swimming they blow the wistel and say it's adult swim for 15 minutes. Which is no problem for me but mind you it's 100 degrees outside and to a child 15 minutes is a long time. They also have a 2ft pool for CHILDREN yet my child couldn't even get in there while adult swim is going on. Like no adult is getting in a 2ft pool when they have the whole big pool to themselves. If you planed on taking your child/children there be prepared to have to get out with them every 45 minutes so two or three adults can sit in the pool and read a book.
Me and my 2 friends arrived at the pool at 1:30. I am writing this at 1:50. There were a few dark clouds in the sky, but It was still sunny out so we thought it would just pass over. The man (a full grown adult) let us in at the front and right as we were walking out to the pool deck the weather alarm at the pool sounded letting us know the weather was bad and we had to leave. It was a bummer that we had just gotten there and had to leave but we thought, “it’s fine we will get a refund since we hadn’t even been there for 5 minutes, let alone get in the water.” So we started walking back out, and asked for a refund. The grown man at the front desk said “sorry, it’s not our policy to give out refunds, but here’s a wristband so you can come back later.” We can’t control the weather + plans we had already made, so there was no guarantee that we would even be able to come back later, so we got ripped off $18 to not even swim at all, nor get a refund. They also took advantage, because they Knew that they were probably about to close and still took our money anyway, knowing their “policy” says we can’t get a refund.
Worst pool ever. Lifeguards are mean and careless . They make you pay just to tell you you have to get out 15 mins later for "Adult Swim" soon as you get here.
Love the pool but not the price this year $6 per adult, $3 kids 3-13yrs old. The water was so cold but to be expected in May. The putt putt golf is an awesome way to keep the kids entertained during adult swim. The baby pool had alot of leaves in it but the life gard was nice enough to clean it for us. Life gards said the pool is under new management, so will see. The splash park wasn't open, said they didn't have chlorine for it but that it should be open tomorrow.
Drove 1/2 hour today to go to the pool. Arrived at 1245 only to find out it was closed. Your website says you are open! No sign with hours! When are you actually open?
