What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews indicate a general decline in the pool experience, primarily attributed to new management and issues with teenage staff. Complaints include a lack of amenities such as insufficient chairs and tables, and frequently non-functional baby pool fountains. Patrons also express frustration with overly strict or inconsistent rule enforcement, such as new 48-inch height requirements for even small slides. A major point of contention is the conduct of the teenage lifeguards, who are often accused of having poor attitudes, closing the pool early (sometimes for 'thunderstorm warnings' under clear skies, leading to accusations of not wanting to work), and exhibiting unprofessional behavior. One review notes a specific incident where an autistic child was not allowed on slides due to safety reasons. Despite these significant issues, some patrons still describe the pool as 'nice' or 'amazing' for others.

Used to be a fun neighborhood pool. With the new management company they no longer put out enough chairs and tables. The baby pool fountains have not worked more than they have worked all summer, with no explanation except no they’re not working. I’ve changed the slide authorization to having to be 48 inches even on the small slides, which is ridiculous since the kids can go off of the diving board and swim across the pool that they can go off the small slides
Multiple bad experiences with the teenagers running this pool. It is supposed to close at 8, yet they start kicking people out by 7:45. With supposed thunderstorms, they said we had to wait 30 min after the last strike. I checked the radar and after 1 hour, they were still not opening due to "danger", according to them, yet they were dancing on their cellphones in the middle of the grounds. If there's supposed danger why are they exposing themselves to the lighting by dancing while on their phones? In that same block of time, another one of them went to vomit in the trashcan. Wondering what the heck he was on... the list goes on and on... and ohhhh the attitudes... I don't even want to get started on that.
They said we had to leave because there was a thunderstorm warning but its clear skies. They just don't want to work. Everyone here is complaining and we just wanted to go into the pool. The lifeguards are just chatting and they aren't doing anything. Do not recommend.
Nice pool, we love it. Except for the life guards, mostly teens and they can hear thunder a lot of times when it is sunshine. They should rely on an app instead of saying they heard thunder.
I went to this park with my doughter and autistic kid. Even though i was always with him, staff didnt allow him to use slides due to safety reasons. I know they cannot make any exceptions. If your son is not cooperating with you and the staff, dont go there. But this park could be amazong for everyone else.
