We are owners here and frequent this location a lot since we’re local. All the staff is always friendly and accommodating, even during a thunderstorm when the power was out they were working to keep us entertained. Love love love the lake access and being able to both drop and dock our boat in it. The pools are always clean and I enjoy the relaxing lake views. My husband left his tools in our room once and they kept them for him to pick up. Everyone is always consistently helpful which is really hard to find. I do hope they add more arcade games and we miss the little restaurant they used to have onsite.

If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. I strongly advise against staying at this location under any circumstances. On June 8, 2025, my young cousin went missing for over 10 hours due to a combination of unsafe conditions. One of the primary issues was that the doors to the unit did not close or latch properly, creating a clear and unacceptable safety hazard. The management's response was deeply disturbing. When the incident was reported early that morning, the manager’s only response was, "I don’t have time for this right now," before walking away. This level of indifference in an emergency situation is beyond unacceptable. To make matters worse, the entire resort has no surveillance cameras, doors that do not securely close, and an apparent disregard for guest safety. As for Montgomery County, the response from their services was apathetic at best. The officials involved seemed more concerned with bureaucracy and paychecks than with the urgent safety of a missing child. This experience was horrifying, and I’m sharing it to warn others. The safety protocols are nonexistent, the management is unresponsive, and the accountability from local authorities is severely lacking. Please take this as a serious warning — your family’s safety is not guaranteed here

Staff was amazing in making us comfortable. We were assigned a cabin even though RCI shows a presidential villa. Huge difference. Then some black mold and a cockroach, they were able to move us to the room we thought we reserved to start with. Amazing stay after that.

The rooms were very smelly but pretty spacious. They took 2 hours to deliver bedding because it was missing from the room because the lady at the front "forgot" to put in the ticket. It is by the lake and there are some pools there so pretty good place to stay for that.

Our favorite getaway for short weekends brings us so much joy! We always revel in the spacious, beautiful rooms that offer stunning lake views. The kids absolutely light up when they dive into mini golf and arcade games—it’s pure fun! With tennis courts and various sports facilities at our disposal, there’s never a dull moment. And oh, how we adore the expansive indoor and outdoor pools! Every time we visit, my family's excitement is off the charts. It's a place that keeps us coming back, full of laughter and cherished memories!
