Relaxed park featuring a playground, a climbing wall and a tennis court.
Specific pool temperature information for Sawmill Pool is not consistently published or readily available. As an outdoor community pool in Texas, it is generally not heated or only minimally heated, with water temperatures largely influenced by the ambient weather conditions.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? The park is widely praised for its beauty, numerous trees, and recently renovated slides. It offers a diverse range of amenities, including various sections for swings, slides, a splash pad, basketball court, small ground, tennis courts, and a sand volleyball court. The swimming pool is noted for its good size, water slide, trampoline, climbing structure, and ample space for lap swimming (3'6" to 6' depth), often enjoying afternoon shade. The playground is particularly appreciated for its spacious and somewhat enclosed design, which helps parents manage toddlers. While generally recommended, a significant negative experience involved a family being rudely displaced from a reserved (but unmarked) Kiosk spot during a child's birthday party by both the reservants and the park manager, causing humiliation and highlighting a need for clearer reservation signage.

This park is very beautiful and there are too many trees here. Its recently renovated slides which made it even more beautiful. It does have different sections for swings, slides, splash pad, basketball court, small ground, tennis courts and sand volleyball court. It does have a swimming pool as well although I have never visited the pool. If you are in the woodland area then you must visit this parkm
Good size Pool! There is a water slide, a trampoline and a climbing structure. There is a splash pad you can access from the pool. Afternoon, the pool gets a good amount of shade! We loved it. Entry only with admission fee.
Great place, not crowded and plenty of space for lap swimming. The depth range from 3’6” to 6’ and suits most of our needs. There are more people on the kids’ side than the lap swimming side. So perfect if you want some exercise.
The playground is great, there are tennis courts and swimming pool. What I liked most about the playground its space, it’s like surrounded and makes it easier for some mothers like me who run after my toddler in all parks!
I had the most horrible situation here today, we arrived at this park to celebrate my 4 year old son's birthday (without knowing that the spot was reserved) I understand I was wrong because I didn't have this information, but there was a lack of empathy and cordiality in these people who made the reservations, from the moment they arrived, which was even an hour after we were there, they were rude and with contemptuous looks at me and my guests, the park manager also arrived there with a rude tone of voice, he approached my guests saying that they shouldn't be there, that they should leave now because the spot was reserved, we weren't occupying the entire Kiosk, we were sitting at two tables in a corner. I think they should have a sign that says "Seat Reserved Today" for these cases and avoid damaging such a special day for a child in this way. It was horrible having to break everything in front of my son and just leave with his cake and look for an improvised place to continue with his birthday, taking into account that it was raining, 5 years living here in the community and I never expected to live this horrible thing, I felt humiliated and thrown out in the worst way.
