We went to cinco ranch water park today on Labor Day. The girl lifeguard at the front refused to let us in stating we need a key fob from HOA. I showed her my drivers license showing we are resident at cinco ranch literally 2 blocks from water park. HOA never mentioned about key fobs needed to get entry to the pool despite we had called them 3 times. The life guard saw our 2 little kids looking into the pool in the heat and refused to let us in. We called the supervisor Matt w the phone number on the sign, he also said No entry unless you have key fob despite we are legal resident of cinco ranch HOA and proved w our driver’s license. Your staff have no care for their fellow residents in cinco ranch, the high school life guard learned from your company to be legalistic instead of understanding residency and paying HOA fees are what’s important in gaining access. This company’s supervisor and overall culture is not family friendly. Seems company should not work at community pools of family friendly communities such as cinco ranch.

Dear Management of Beautiful Pools, I am writing to express a serious concern regarding an incident that occurred during our recent visit to your facility in Cinco Ranch Water Park. Friday, my 6-year-old son witnessed behavior that I believe was inappropriate for a family-friendly environment. When I noticed him mimicking certain actions and asked where he had learned them, he explained that he had seen a boy at the pool kissing and touching his girlfriend—both appearing to be on duty, smiling and seemingly unconcerned. If these individuals were indeed your employees, I find this behavior highly unprofessional, especially in front of young children. While I understand that relationships can develop among staff, I strongly believe that personal displays of affection should be kept outside of work hours—particularly in an environment where children are present. I respectfully request that you remind your employees of the importance of maintaining professional conduct while on duty. Thank you for taking the time to address this matter. We have used A-Beautiful Pools to service our pool for 4 years now. We are very happy with the service, friendliness, and quick response to any question or issue. We also had them renovate our pool and the end result is just fabulous!

A-beautiful pool is a cause of my kid and his daycare classmates (4 and under) for burning in the pool due to the chemical imbalance in Bridgeland neighborhood yesterday. Shame on A-Beautiful Pool! Don’t hire them unless you want your kids to be covered in blisters because these guys don’t know what they are doing
