What are people saying (AI review summary)? Customers present a mixed view of the facility. Positive feedback highlights ample swimming space, good indoor and outdoor pools, dedicated swim lanes, and generally clean conditions with proper water temperature and chlorine levels. It is also favored by some for competitive swimming due to good seating. However, significant dissatisfaction is reported regarding communication and staff professionalism. Complaints include unanswered phone calls, unhelpful front desk staff, and a highly frustrating booking process for events, characterized by unreturned calls/emails and broken promises from management. Lifeguard attentiveness is another recurring concern, with reports of them being distracted by phones or music, failing to enforce pool rules (e.g., allowing fully clothed individuals or eating in the pool), and not addressing disruptive behavior like purposeful splashing.

They never answer the phone . When you call to see if they are open . They aren't helpful. The front desk person didn't know if floats were allowed . They are. The life guard watched a grown man dive right beside and splash me as I floated . Splashed me on purpose . The indoor pool is nice and quiet . Outdoor area is lovely. For 4 bucks I guess you get what you pay for .
Very disappointed. I began contacting Chris Lund, the director of the center, on April 4th to book my son’s birthday party for November 8th. For the last four months, I’ve been told the same excuses—fall dates weren’t open yet, he’d contact me when they were, etc. First it was “June 1st,” then “August 1st,” yet every time I checked, the answer was “no spots available.” During this time, multiple emails went unanswered and phone calls were not returned. Today, I finally got a response—telling me the date had already been booked. That’s laughable considering I’ve been actively trying to reserve this specific date since April. We’ve used this pool for a birthday party before, and it was a simple, enjoyable process: email, pay over the phone, done. This time? Completely different. I am a planner, and I’ve been diligently checking the website daily since August 1st (and weekly since April) while also following up repeatedly—yet I was never contacted when promised. This facility seriously needs to improve communication and follow-through. My request should have been honored first, given how long I’ve been pursuing it. Chris Lund never initiated contact; I had to do all the chasing. This process was unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish.
A great place to swim in plenty of space. The indoor pool has swim lanes. The pool has generally seemed clean and the locker rooms (at least the mens) seem fine. The pool typically feels like it has heating without being overly warm. Chlorine seems to be at proper levels, I don't come away absolutely hating my skin.
I bought a summer pass because my kids love to swim. We have been coming often and have noticed a few unsettling things. Firstly the lifeguards barely pay attention. They play music and play on their phones while on their post. Secondly they allow people to be fully clothed and eat while in the pool! I am truly disgusted!
Probably my favorite pool to compete at. I love the seating. Their indoor and outdoor pools are both excellent.
