Indy Discount Pools did a great job with our pool. We were impressed at the speed to completion. We had hiccups along the way but that’s to be expected with any construction. I want to thank Ashley and her team for making it a less stressful process and doing such a great job. We did the landscaping 😊

This type of customer service should be the benchmark for every other company in this industry. They communicated well, they gave honest and transparent feedback, and they built a trusted relationship. Any future issues I will absolutely call them first. The details: I had an issue with my hydraulic pool cover and had two other companies tell me that I needed a full replacement to an electric system with a very large price tag. Indy Pool Covers called me back same day, talked me through what they needed to know, did not charge me a service call fee and came out less than an hour later to take a look and give me an estimate. The end result? Minor adjustments and my system is just fine. I truly appreciate the amazing customer service, the transparency on what I did and did not need, and didn’t try to take advantage of me or upsell a complete overhaul.

One of my best experiences ever with any Company to date. Very personable and professional. Quick to respond and genuinely show concern for the issue at hand. They went out of their way to diagnose the issue and explain the problem. Stark contrast from the two other companies I had called prior to them who came and but could not fix the problem. One of them even charged me an exuberant amount, even prior to their visit. If this company continues to maintain this level of professionalism and attitude, I foresee a bright future for them and their business in future !

Fantastic!! Matt from Indy Pool Covers saved the day!! An appointment was scheduled for tomorrow but he made the effort to come today after all his other calls to make sure the pool was open for the kids to swim the next day!! So much more flexible in taking care of stuff than my experience with another company. Thanks Matt for going above & beyond!!!

Indy Pool Covers (Matt and Liz) are such terrific people. Very trusting and always dependable. Matt's brother, Eric, came out on a Saturday to resolve my pool cover issue. I can always depend on these trusted individuals. I wouldn't go to any other company! Love you guys!
