What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews consistently highlight significant issues with property maintenance and unresponsive management, including unkempt bathrooms, broken gates, non-functional common area amenities (TVs, fans), broken pool doors, unrepaired tennis court awnings, and deteriorating playground equipment with rotting and splintered wood. The Homeowners Association (HOA) is criticized for being poor, clueless, providing too many excuses, and failing to address reported problems for months. Security staff are frequently described as overly aggressive, harassing residents and visitors for using vacant common areas, taking unauthorized pictures, and lacking common sense. Additionally, there are complaints about outdated pool facilities (e.g., kiddie pool resembling a hot tub, lack of splash pads/slides), strict guest policies requiring payment for all visitors, and unreasonable requirements for obtaining amenity IDs (requiring deed and owner presence).

The same thing the last reviewer wrote happened to me. My 3 year old toddler were taking a walk past the playground in this area where it was mind you COMPLETELY VACANT. My son desperately wanted to go to the swing for a few minutes and right away, the security guard came up to us harassing us to leave saying the playground was “private property”, he also took out his camera and took pictures of us. I told him “a 3 year old doesn’t know the difference between a private swing and a public swing, he just wanted to swing there for a few minutes.” That was too much to ask for from this guard who apparently thinks he’s the playground police. Anyways, it was an extremely weird experience for such a mediocre playground made of rotting wood. We left and I called the supervisor who apologized. They need to common sense security staff, not aggressive playground body guards.
Guys this place is apparently private property, don't make the same mistake I did. I was going for a jog at night and saw the playground and thought it would be a nice place to do pull-ups until a security guard came up to me saying it was private property and I needed to leave. By the way, he was not friendly at all, I said and I quote "I'm sorry, I didn't know. I'll go." Despite this, the officer continued pursuing towards me and started taking pictures of me. So quite frankly I don't even recommend coming within the vicinity of this place.
Tried to get an I.D. for the pool and park but now they require the deed to the house as proof instead of I.D is crazy. Then said the owner has to be present....owner lives in a whole different state.
The pool needs to be updated. We don’t have a real kiddie area other than a kids pool that feels like a hot tub. They need to add a splash pad or something to update it. The playground wood is getting splintered. The benches are missing the 3rd beans. The basketball court grass area is covered with ants. We shouldn’t have to pay for all guests. We should be allowed X amount of guests and then pay for the extra guests. I understand pool safety. But the guards are always getting onto people. We don’t have a slide like most communities do nowadays so what do they expect kids to do? They should be allowed to use smaller floats and pool noodles.
