What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this pool are mixed. Positive feedback highlights it as a fun, safe, and clean facility, particularly enjoyable for elementary-aged children and all ages, featuring a play area and a big slide. Visitors appreciated being able to bring their own coolers. However, several significant negatives were raised. A major concern is accessibility, as non-residents reported being rudely turned away despite online information suggesting it is open to the public. There were also complaints about the lifeguards, described as young and enforcing arbitrary, over-exaggerated rules inconsistently, making the experience less enjoyable for families (e.g., strict slide weight limits preventing parents from accompanying toddlers). One review also alluded to an unrelated but negative management incident involving an employee.

This is a great pool for elementary age children. Less than 5' deep with a play area for the kids and a big slide for everyone. We brought our own cooler and had a great, relaxing afternoon. There are a few life guards present at all times and there was a deli but I didn't order anything.
If you don't live on the grounds they tell you to leave and that your kids can't use the splash park...You can google search and it says "open to the public" but obviously it's not because when you show up ready to pay they are very rude about you not living there and tell you to leave because you're not welcome if you're not paying rent there.
Only giving 2 stars due to the lifeguards. All of whom are very young (teenagers). That being said, the "rules" are enforced by these children and the rules are over exaggerated and appear to be whatever they feel is needed, not what is posted. I am absolutely understanding of safety, however, common sense plays a role as well. Example: a scared toddler cannot go with a parent down the slide due to a weight limit but 5 teenagers largely exceeding that weight are allowed. It is not even enjoyable to go here with your children. I wish that the paying resident's would have a vote to make them swim at your own risk.
Did you fire Ms weeks? cause you should have, calling the police on someone exercising their rights. If you don't exercise your rights you lose them.
My kids love going here. It is safe and fun for all ages. The pool is clean and the lifeguard is great.
