Positives include it sometimes being clean, free, and having wonderful staff, making it a good alternative to other swimming options, particularly for younger or older visitors. However, many users reported frequent closures due to lack of chlorine or accidents, poor communication (unanswered calls, inaccurate website), and overly restrictive rules regarding swimming aids (floats, balls, goggles). Major concerns were raised about the lack of accessibility and facilities for disabled individuals, unsanitary conditions in bathrooms and at the entrance, and difficulty exiting the pool, leading to very negative and unsafe experiences for some.

This pool is great! Always clean, not very busy, and free!
I think the negative reviews are just from unhappy people. Sometimes things happen and the pool can’t be open but the staff are wonderful and the pool is a great place to go if you don’t have a pool home or want to change from going to the beach. We love it.
Went once a week for three consecutive weeks and pool was closed every time because it had no chlorine. The website said they were open and had plenty of lifeguards yet no one will answer the phone . How can you keep running out of chlorine? I feel like the lifeguards just did not want to open pool .
If you are under 10 or over 70, this pool is for you. You just put your skin in contact with water. But it's the weirdest public swimming pool you can experience if you're in your late 20s or something. Swimming float forbidden, ball forbidden, pool goggles forbidden. Well, people come here to relieve stress. They can make contact with water in their home's bathrooms too. The reason I gave 2 stars is because Jenna was a very patient and kind girl. Otherwise, this is just a big bathub.
Bathroom smelled so bad.I threw up several times. I'm permanently disabled..an there was NOTHING IN PLACE TO HELP DISABLED PEOPLE. The front entrance was dirty an full of disgusting garbage cans. A little girl had an accident in the pool an they made us get out they closed it..all had to leave Very sad experience for my first time there. Also no way to get out of pool the steps are built in it was horrible..patrons came an helped me.. Will not be going back there again.
