Rock and pool remodeling performed a complete makeover on our pool. Our old school pool was DEEP! So deep that it was not enjoyable to get the grandkids in the pool. Rock and pool remodeling visited us and gave us some great ideas that we had not thought about. Bobby the owner of this company was very imaginative and gave great recommendations that turned out to be a great look. You can tell he has many years of experience. In the end our pool is more shallow, new finish, new tile, repair and refinished the pool deck, and equipment moved and reinstalled in a better location. We even got a new seating bench with table! This is a small company whose employees are friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they want your pool to turn out like their own. I always felt like customer service was a top priority for rock and pool remodeling. Great job!

I have never in my life met the owner of a company like this one. The whole concept of wanting your customer to be happy with their decision seems to be left out of his playbook, in my opinion. For instance, after the pool was remarcited by a subcontractor (who we were told were employees) who left a light unsealed in our pool costing us over $1,500.00 to fix, not including hundreds of dollars in water loss and 2 pvc pipes we can’t prove they broke—though they were broken while they were there, we were told by the owner that that’s not their responsibility. He said we requested not to have it sealed despite a disclaimer being left out of the contract to that effect. Well, that’s kind of like a homeowner telling the roofer to disregard plugging up a hole in their roof. Anyway, that and refusing after two months to provide us with their marcite warranty after countless requests compels us to recommend not to walk away from this company when they call—but run.

I had my pool completely redone by rock and pool remodeling and cannot say enough on how happy I am with the service I received. They were very professional and efficient and got it done in a very timely manner as well as their price could not be beat! I would highly recommend them for either remodeling or putting in a new in ground pool you cannot go wrong with this company their service was definitely top-notch
