Community center offering a pool, basketball, and a park with swings.
Specific information regarding daily pool temperatures or whether the pool(s) are consistently heated year-round at the WaterMill Amenity Center is not readily available in public descriptions.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the community amenities are mixed. Positively, staff members Mr. Moe/Moses and Mr. Dwayne/Wayne are consistently praised for being friendly, helpful, and ensuring the amenity center and surrounding areas are clean and inviting. Residents appreciate the private, resident-only access to amenities like swimming (including regular, Olympic, and kiddy pools), ping pong, tennis, pickleball, and basketball, noting the availability of staff, clean facilities, and shaded seating areas. However, there are significant concerns, primarily regarding the main pool being closed for repairs during peak season due to what is perceived as poor planning. Other issues include minor paint problems on playground equipment and neglected waste, unauthorized access to basketball courts, criticism of "hideous" signs near ponds, missing horseshoe facilities, and a neglected, weed-infested soccer field.

Ok. Pool is closed (03-27-23) because it's under repairs. It's been closed for a couple of weeks already. How convenient that it was opening week (from winter break) that they decided to shut it down for a month, maybe more. Why didn't this get done during the winter months (yes more than one)??? We are in the 90s already as far as temp goes. Spring break passed. And we can't even go to our community pool. Genius idea. They knew that this repair was gonna happen mid of last year or even before then. Why was this not planned out better? If they want to blame the people doing the work, or maybe parts didn't come due to supply issues, I still say why wasn't this planned better? They had plenty of time to prepare for everything! Well besides the pool, playground is looking better. New seats for the swings. Still have paint issues on some playground equipment. There was a pile of poop under the playground but it looks like someone just covered it up by kicking mulch over it. It was there for days but not taken care of. It's groose to know that it was and could still possibly be there. Basket ball courts seem to be one member and their friends. I mean I see people going and coming without anyone using a card! I saw a dude jump the fence to get in there. That's a tall fence! Crazy. Now if that dude got hurt, it would go off our community insurance? If so, then better measures to prevent people from entering. The signs by the ponds are getting crazy. We are probably the only neighborhood jmthat has these crazy signs. How much did they cost? And how many total are there? It's hidious. Where did the horseshoes go? Soccer field is more like a dog park full of weeds and ant mounds.
Mr Moe and Mr Dwayne are the best they're friendly & helpful. The amenity center and surrounding areas are always clean and inviting and if there's any issues all you have to do is talk to one of them and they'll take care of it for you keep up the good job guys.
Homes with the best curb appeal IMO around the block
Loved the atmosphere. Very private. You have to live in the community to use the amenities. There is always someone available to assist with your needs. It was clean and it also had a covered area with tables and fans to cool you off. They had a regular pool, Olympic size pool and a kiddy area with a small slide. They had plenty of chairs to lay out on and some with large umbrellas for shade.
Love swimming, ping pong, tennis, pickleball, and basketball. Moses and Wayne are the best!
