Revised reviews: We really appreciated how the front desk manager immediately and kindly approached us after our frustrations to discuss the best solutions for the kids. They were very helpful, and it means a lot that Aqua-Tots is committed to making sure kids and families feel happy and supported while swimming here. ————- I really love this place for my kids to swim—the instructors are fantastic and you can tell they genuinely pay close attention to each child’s progress. ⭐️ Five stars for this! That said, I find the make-up policy very frustrating. If you miss a class, you can’t cancel or reschedule the make-up, and it doesn’t get credited back to you. Our kids are simply putting their heart to sign in another class on top of the regular one to get more practice. However we feel no flexibility if you were really sick and unable to cancel the last minute. For example, my daughter had a bad cough one morning, and we didn’t want to bring her in and risk spreading germs. Unfortunately, that meant we lost the make-up class altogether, which feels unfair since it wasn’t really in our control. Sorry ⭐️ Zero stars! As a busy parent, I feel the lack of flexibility makes it difficult compared to other swim schools we’ve tried. It’s disappointing to feel punished for circumstances like illness, especially when we’re trying to do the right thing.

My son has been attending the swim club at Aqua Tots Tustin and we are very happy with the entire experience. The instructors are patient, friendly, and genuinely care about helping each child improve. The facility is clean and welcoming, and it really feels like a place where the kids are happy to be. Highly recommended.

Both of my children ages 4 & 2 attend this location. And when my children started there was minimal exposure to swimming before attending and they both had a fear of the water. But over the last the 3 months I've watched my children grow into strong and confident swimmers. The joy they have when arriving is evident because of the staff they bring a consistent fun and safe atmosphere that builds up your child through safe activities. Each instructor we've had has been excellent at providing us feedback after each class. Every Friday my daughter who is 2 years old look forward to her instructor Johnathan challenging her and encouraging her to be confident and push her self through safe and fun lessons. The location has a large area of see through glass to watch the class take place . There are more than enough changing rooms that are clean and a provided dryer for your bathing suits . The vanity area with hair dryers and hair ties is excellent. The application is functional and updated after each class . Scheduling is amazing here as they do make up sessions in the event you can't attend . The best part is the celebration of your child once they move up to the next level is celebrated by the entire facility by ringing the bell. I couldn't be more happy to have found such a great location and such an amazing staff.

We’ve been sending our children to Aqua Tots for quite some time now, and overall, we’ve been generally satisfied with the experience. However, I would like to bring up a concern that has become increasingly noticeable in recent weeks. As you state, Aqua Tots swim lessons are scheduled to be 30 minutes long. While we understand that 30 minutes is considered optimal for young children, in practice, the actual swim time often ends up being closer to 20 minutes. The instructors consistently gather the students right at the scheduled start time—never earlier—even when they are not finishing up with a previous class. Then, they often end the lesson 5 to 8 minutes early, regardless of whether there is only one student or a full group of four. This means that roughly 30% of the promised lesson time is being lost, which is quite significant, especially considering how short the sessions already are. While we understand that instructors may take time afterward to speak with parents, the core class time should still be fully honored. It seems this is not an isolated case but rather a pattern among multiple instructors. I strongly believe that management should take steps to ensure that all instructors are using the full 30-minute lesson time as scheduled. We truly value the positive learning environment Aqua Tots provides, and we hope this feedback can help maintain the standard of service we’ve come to expect.

We love aquatots! The teachers are sooo nice, the facility is clean, the app for scheduling make-ups is so easy to use. My daughter hated getting wet before aquatots. Her confidence, conform, and skills have soared because of this program. 1000% recommend
