My three grandkids have been going to lessons at goldfish swim since the day the Saint Matthews branch opened. I cannot express how happy we are with the staff. The kids have thoroughly enjoyed it and love going to lessons each week. Justine is the best! We recently had a swim birthday party there and the staff was phenomenal. We absolutely love Goldfish Swim School! The instructors are amazing—so patient, encouraging, and great with our girls. It’s clear they genuinely care and know how to build confidence in young swimmers. The facilities are always clean and welcoming, and the whole operation runs like a well-oiled machine. From scheduling to the actual swim lessons, everything is smooth and well-organized. Highly recommend to any family looking for a positive and professional swim school experience!

Awful experience. Out of the 4 lessons my kid had she had 3 different instructors. The first 2 were fine, but the last one dunked her head under before she was ready and now has such an intense fear of swimming I can’t get her to try again. And when we called and complained about not only the time and money wasted, but also a traumatized kid, they didn’t care. Won’t go back.

Everything about Goldfish Swim School in St. Matthews is awesome! The instructors, supervisors, lifeguards, and managers are all terrific at teaching kids to swim safely and with proper techniques! The front desk representatives are all very helpful and friendly. Goldfish Swim School is very professional, with thoughtful, fun, helpful, well-managed instruction.
