Positive feedback frequently mentions the pool's cleanliness, good maintenance, diligent lifeguards, and enjoyable features like water slides, splash pads, and a deep end, making it a refreshing spot on hot days. Conversely, a significant number of negative comments focus on overly strict rules, such as the prohibition of Coast Guard-approved life vests (raising safety concerns, especially for young children) and outside snacks/drinks within the main area. Staff interactions were also a point of contention, with some reviewers describing them as annoyed, snarky, unhelpful, and even threatening, which created an unwelcoming and disappointing environment.

I was so excited to go here with some friends and some of our kids. All the rules were a little much but yanno it is what it is. The staff however were what seemed like annoyed by us she had snarky answers to my questions about the pricing family packages whatever and idk if it’s just because they are young or what but they could definitely be nicer, especially because we are literally at a place for kids. Shouldn’t the environment be inviting at the very least? 🙁
Great town pool. Lifeguards are diligent. Pools are clean and well maintained.
I went to this pool with my friend, and it was amazing. There's a water slide, a splash pad, and a kiddie pool. It goes all the way down to 12 ft. Everyone is welcome here, But the only cons are that you're not allowed to wear a life jacket. Or goggles with the nose thing.. But either way this was amazing! I would highly recommend this place!
Never will come again, my complex pool closed for cleaning & we opted to come try this one out…first started out by informing me that my coast guard approved life vest isn’t allowed in the water & upon questioning it I was told “I don’t make the rules, I just have to enforce them” not sure how water safety is implemented at a pool that doesn’t allow a safety device to be worn…then god forbid the kids pack snacks to Munch on when out of the water because that’s not allowed as well…& is only allowed on the outside of the fenced in area, all while trying to convince my 2 year old to get to come with me so she doesn’t drown as she can’t wear her life vest. All of this nonsense for people to hang out, relax just to be constantly told no….is very disappointing. The straw that broke the back…3 life guards threatened to call someone to get us removed…over chips and water…
It’s cool and refreshing on hot days, is my daughter says :).
