What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews present a mixed view of the facility. Positively, many praise the friendly and helpful staff, a great workout atmosphere with respectful members, and the swim team. However, there are significant criticisms regarding the facilities and operations. Common complaints include limited access to open gym and pool areas, closed downstairs fitness zones, and a small main gym with mostly machines and few free weights. The boys' and girls' changing rooms are a major point of contention, described as tiny, smelly, lacking privacy, and without stalls, often with broken showers, leading to concerns about age discrimination. Other issues cited are difficult parking, a lack of family rooms, and some young staff members being on phones or questioning members upon entry.

Staff are very friendly. Swim Team is awesome. Wish there's more family room in there. The parking is a bit difficult though.
They got little kids working in the front on there phones and as soon as you walk in they ask you where you are going as if im not a member at the gym. Harrasing everytime i walk in there.
No open gym at all. No open pool at all. They have all of the fitness areas downstairs closed. Only thing there is for the money you pay is a small fitness gym that has mostly all machines. Very little free weights. Only good thing about this place is the staff. The staff are always smiling and helpful.
The worst facilities with age discrimination. There is no privacy in the boys' and girls' rooms. Not to mention, the boys' and girls' rooms are tiny and smell bad compared to the men's and women's rooms. Even a single family room is bigger than the girls' room. The worst part is that there are no stalls in the boys' and girls room. So, do kids under 18 have to change their clothes in front of others? There are two shower heads, and often they don't work, nobody is fixing it.
This is a super place for working out. No attitude just friendly co work-out people. The teenagers don't have a problem with older people and they actually say hello to them. Just a great atmosphere.
