My family had a very frustrating experience with this pool rental venue. It was rented for a private event and everything seemed fine until we were hit with an unexpected issue the next day. There is a clause in their contract about a "no glass policy," but the problem is, the policy wasn’t clearly explained or highlighted during the booking process. At the time of booking, the coordinator even mentioned that if any of the guests had glass containers, that they could pour it into a cup and go about their way. The place was left in as arrived conditions and there was never any broken glass anywhere. The venue went through all of our trash bags and found empty, intact NOT BROKEN, glass bottles. We understand policies are there for a reason, but it’s incredibly deceptive to not make it clear upfront. We have rented pool venues before and it’s standard to be informed of all rules in a way that’s easily understood and not contradict each other by saying glass is okay but needs to be poured into a cup. Where was the empty glass bottle supposed to go??? The lack of transparency here left us feeling cheated. The staff was not helpful in resolving the situation either, and my family ended up walking away with no deposit. I would NOT recommend this place if you want to avoid any unpleasant surprises or have your trash inspected.

Just had my son’s graduation party here and had a very good experience with the booking process—smooth and easy. The place itself was absolutely beautiful, exactly what we hoped for. Even my guests asked for information as they loved the place! Highly recommend!

100% recomendable, Since the first time of communication to pay my save the date. The service was polite and fast response. 3 days before the event I met with the event owner and sign contract. I was informed of all rules and received a copy. Also I was explained of the “no glass policy”. Theres several reviews and post on social media of this issue. It’s explained and written in plain english. The owner was super nice and reply to my messages fast when I had questions. The Baby pool was 10/10. Overall My daughter had a blast with all her friends & family. And YES I got my refund. ☺️❤️ will be booking with them again.

I attended a friend’s baby shower here and absolutely loved it. The space was clean, spacious, and perfectly decorated for the occasion. It had a great atmosphere and made the celebration feel extra special! I highly recommend booking your next event here!

I really hate to leave a negative review, because that’s not the kind of person I am—but what this venue did was completely uncalled for and unfair. I rented this space on April 18 for a private event. Beforehand, I spoke with the owner over the phone, and she clearly mentioned a “no glass policy.” She even said, “If guests bring glass, have them leave it in a cooler in their car and transfer it to a cup.” That was the last conversation we had about the topic. The event itself went smoothly. We followed all the rules, cleaned up thoroughly—including the restrooms, popped the balloons from the rented stands, and even emptied her coolers of ice and water. We made sure the venue was left in great condition. The next day, I asked about our deposit. Instead of a simple response, she replied, “Did you have glass at your event or do I need to check the cameras?” We told her no, not to our knowledge. If someone did bring glass, we were unaware. She then sent us pictures—of the TRASH—where she had apparently dug through it and found intact beer bottles. Nothing was broken, nothing damaged. Yet, she kept repeating that we "broke the contract." I tried to explain that we left everything clean and were unaware if any guests had brought bottles, but she refused to return the deposit. From my understanding, a deposit covers damages—things that are stolen, broken, or left in a mess. Not minor rule infractions with no actual damage. There was no broken glass, no harm done—just someone digging through trash to find an excuse to withhold money. If glass was such a major issue, maybe there should be a clear “No Glass on Premises” sign outside, rather than misleading instructions over the phone. It felt deceptive and unprofessional. At the end of the day, it seems like they were just looking for a reason to keep our deposit, and that’s incredibly disappointing.
